Hi there! I’m Elisha. I’m a follower of Jesus, my husband’s helpmate, and a crunchy Southern Mama of three amazing adult children.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) in 2017. The illness was brought on by exposure to black mold and multiple other environmental toxins.

I also have Lyme disease and hyper-mobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

Please join me as I learn ways to prevent any additional damage and heal from prior exposures.

When I began this journey, I had no understanding of how toxic our world has become. With effort and education, I believe we can live clean in a dirty world!
