Hi there! I’m Elisha. I’m a follower of Jesus, my husband’s helpmate, and a crunchy Southern Mama of three amazing adult children.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) in 2017. The illness was brought on by exposure to black mold and multiple other environmental toxins.

I also have Lyme disease and hyper-mobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
